Improve drop-down menu accessibility

The current method used for the TransVirtual webpage menus is not as accessible as it should be. With multiple levels of menus with only "hover to navigate", it can be very frusrating to navigate, especially on a handheld tablet in an operational environment. I suggest a "click to open" menu structure that persists onscreen until either clicked out of or a menu option is activated. This would improve useability for users of all kinds and on many devices.
