Equipment Transaction CSV Export (EDI) - Add related consignment

Currently it is not possible to include the consignment number in the CSV export file that is generated as part of the Equipment Transactions EDI. The report template for equipment balance transactions includes the associated consignment for transactions but it would be extremely helpful to include this in the excel file too.
